Staircases
All of our staircases are handmade to suit each application, using modern production methods where possible. There is attention to detail, for instance, handrails are set into the newel posts and newel caps are recessed over the newel posts. These are just 2 of the many examples. They can be made in a variety of styles, for instance, closed string, cut string, open tread, or even circular and with ¼ or ½ landings and winders and kites. Handrails can be specially moulded to suit and turned or square balusters as required. Past staircases have been made using softwood, British Columbian Pine, Poplar, Piranha Pine, Oak, Ash, Sapele and Iroko.
